The Pharaoh, The Magicians and Shoaib Mansoor’s KKL

You might be quite surprised to read the title of this post…What, you may ask, is common between The Firaun (Pharaoh) of the time of Musa (as), his magicians and Shoaib Mansoor – The Director of the most talked about movie of Pakistan “Khuda Kai Liya” (In the Name of God.)

A few days back I read Shoaib Mansoor’s statement on Adnan’s blog here. I was quite disgusted to read what Shoaib Mansoor had to say about Junaid Jamshed and the reason behind making of this movie.

He said “I had given him sixteen years of my life as a true friend and had played my role in his professional life to the best of my abilities. How could he throw away our sixteen years just like that without even consulting me?”

This statement mysteriously disappeared from the official website of In the Name of God, thus proving that it was becoming an embarrassment for Shoaib Mansoor. But thanks to Adnan, he did some reverse engineering and obtained the original flash page of his statement.

So..While I was going through Surah Araaf, something struck me. There was this one thing very similar between the story of the magicians and Shoaib Mansoor making this movie…

If you know the story of the magicians of the Pharaoh, you will say – there is nothing similar! You are Mad!

But lets analyze the story of the magicians as mentioned in the Quran.

When Prophet Musa (as) invited Firaun to Islam, he refused. When Musa (as) showed him the miracle of his white hand and his walking stick, which turned into a snake –Pharaoh labeled it as sorcery. Therefore he challenged Musa (as) to a sorcery competition. The Pharaoh invited the best magicians and sorcerers from all over his kingdom to disprove Musa (as) claims … and this was held in front of millions of people in a huge arena.

The magicians first did their best trick so they would earn a huge reward from Pharaoh. They threw their ropes which turned into snakes..However, when Musa as threw his stick, it turned into a serpent and swallowed up their ropes. Seeing this, the magicians realized that what Musa (as) did was not magic and was definitely a miracle of Allah, they fell down in Sujood and accepted the oneness of Allah.

Pharaoh was extremely angry and he threatened the magicians with severe torture and punishment. The Magicians, who only a few seconds ago thought of Pharaoh as their lord, asked him for reward, now disobeyed him publicly – choosing to die instead of going back to disbelief. They had recognized the truth, recognized Allah and nothing else mattered.

( Surah Araaf 6: Ayat 103 to 126)

So what has this got to do with Shoaib Mansoor?

What is interesting is what Pharaoh said to the magicians after they made Sujood to Allah and declared their belief in God of Musa (as).

He said:

ayat.jpg

Fir’aun (Pharaoh) said: “You have believed in him (Musa as) before I give you permission?(Araaf 123)

When Junaid Jamshed decided to leave the Music Industry,Shoaib Mansoor said:

How could he throw away our sixteen years just like that without even consulting me?”

Can you now see the similarity? Can you understand the mindset?

  1. Indeed, Takabbur is one of the worst evil inside us. We must take any possible step to suppress it and let it not dominate over other traits.

Javeria – So what has this got to do with Shoaib Mansoor?
Me – No. no. Its quite clear from the above mentioned Ayah.

  2. Someone posted a silly comment on a blog, later on apologized, so forgiven.
Shoaib uttered a silly comment, later apologized (deleted from the website), so should also be forgiven. In our life time we utter so many things without realising there meanings. Let me give you one example.
The word “Luck” or “Qismet” is akin to Shirk. Instead of saying that “Allah ki yehi marzi thee”, we say “Qismet main yehi tha”, or “Qismet ki baat hai” etc. How many time in a day we wish “Good Luck” to others, instead of relating it directly to Allah’s will. I always interrupt people when they say the word Luck or Qismet, and tell them to say “Allah ki Marzi”. However that doen’t mean that a person who is uttering such phrases is Mushrik…no…it is just a matter of being careless. The good thing is to realize if one said something wrong and later apologize or refrain from it next time.
I haven’t seen the movie Khuda Ke liye, and perhaps will not, so I cannot comment on it. However I have heard that it has something to do with the forger mullahs advocating suicide bombings by befooling the underprivileged youth, while they stay in comfort with their families, I think it would be a nice effort, if it is really so.

  3. where did he apologize? as a guy mentioned on my blog that since movie is in court, they are trying to remove all traces which could put them in trouble. I expect no mightiness from shoaib’s side.

the movie actually talks about what Shoaib said in his statement that is against Music and Painting, the other issues are quite irrelevant and NOT revolutionary at all. I can name you hollywood flicks which are made against talibans so no, shoaib didn’t discuss something new at all.

  4. Akber – Someone posted a silly comment on a blog, later on apologized, so forgiven.

Me – Very right. Forgiveness is the characteristic of Allah subhana wa ta’ala.

Akber – Shoaib uttered a silly comment, later apologized (deleted from the website), so should also be forgiven.

Me – But here he didn’t apologize. He clearly omitted that thing from the website. Should it be considered an apologize?

Akber – The word “Luck” or “Qismet” is akin to Shirk.

Me – No. It is just merely means that you keep believe in Qadr(Taqdeer). On the contrary bad luck is not a good thing to say. Because it follows the same notion as Time. Never curse the Time.

Akber – Instead of saying that “Allah ki yehi marzi thee”, we say “Qismet main yehi tha”, or “Qismet ki baat hai” etc.

Me – No harm in saying it. As I already mentioned Qadr belongs to Allah. He has the sole power to decide anybody’s Qadr. Hence, indirectly you are saying the same thing. But “Masha allah” or “Allah ki marzi thi” is a good choice and more clear and direct.

Akber – How many time in a day we wish “Good Luck” to others, instead of relating it directly to Allah’s will.

Me – wishing Good Luck is fine. Because you are making DUA to the other. Something like “Tumhari Qismat achchhi ho”. And now to whom you are making this dua depends on your faith. A better would be, “May Allah grant you a good luck”. Like “Allah tumhare naseeb achchhe karey”.

Akber – I always interrupt people when they say the word Luck or Qismet, and tell them to say “Allah ki Marzi”.

Me – Thats a good thing to remind. You definitely telling them a better thing.

Akber – However that doen’t mean that a person who is uttering such phrases is Mushrik…no…it is just a matter of being careless.

Me – I would absolutely agree with you. But I think its not even carelessness, its the way he used to say.

Akber – The good thing is to realize if one said something wrong and later apologize or refrain from it next time.

Me – Apologizing and refraining is necessary.

Akber – I haven’t seen the movie Khuda Ke liye, and perhaps will not.

    Me – Thats appreciable. Really.

Akber – However I have heard that it has something to do with the forger mullahs advocating suicide bombings by befooling the underprivileged youth, while they stay in comfort with their families, I think it would be a nice effort, if it is really so.

Me – I don’t know, how can a unlawful effort is gonna be nice. Are you talking secularism? Try this out. And if you mean Ghazi Abdul Rasheed is in a comfort then I hope so. He would be, most likely. And I wonder how great family he must have been enjoying. Allah Kareem.

  5. Im impressed by the level of knowledge displayed mashAllah. If muslims can relate contemporary issues to the Quran like this, then surely we will be on the right path.

  6. Dear All,

My sincere request to you all is NOT to waste time arguing on such issues. These are the “fitan” (plural of fitnah) of our times and will keep on coming.

the reason the anti-islamic elements keep on releasing such controversial movies, cartoons, comments are to keep us Muslims discussing these issues for the sake of discussion. None of us can do anything about it, yet we spend lots of hours discussing their mischiefs for no good reason at all.

A few years ago, a Dutch producer directed a movie based on the script of a lady named Ayaan Ali Hirsi. Many of us around here might not know about it….

Nevertheless, the filmmaker was stabbed to death by a Moroccan Muslim youngman on a street. Some would call this person a madman, others would term him radical, yet others might frame him as a terrorist. Nevertheless, he did what he thought was necessary. Finished off the source of evil. Since then, the advent of such fitan calmed down for quite a while and then the same elements struck with an even bigger blow on the Muslim world by producing caricatures of our beloved Prophet SallaLLAHu alaihi wasallam. However, the muslims couldn’t do much to respond to their evil crafts.
Why I’m narrating all this is to tell you that if a stupid person does something to hurt your emotions, you need not waste time on thinking why and how he did that stupid act, instead, try to keep your own people away from it and work on making yourselves and your Muslim siblings strong enough to be able to respond with force to such acts such that the anti-islamic elements should be terrified even when they think of producing anything that goes against Islam.

No offense anyone, I just want you people to spend more time READING instead of arguing with each other and getting personal.

    @ Jav:

May ALLAH bless you for all the hardwork you’re putting in here.

    Regards,

    H.Q.

  7. So Mr. Adeel Ansari admits that Mr. Abdul Rasheed was behind advocating suicide attacks that killed troops and civilians alike, all of them Muslims. Any doubts where the deceased Mr. A. Rasheed would be now, if it is really so.
Regarding fitnahs, where would you place in the list of fitnahs, those mosques and madarresahs (Descendents of Masjid-e-Zarar) which are involved in suicide attacks upon Muslims, thus maligning our beloved religion and deen. These must be on the top of the list, and Jihad IS necessary on all Muslims to eliminate them.

  8. Javeria, I don’t think that anybody is taking any benefits from the posts and discussions over here. Sometimes, few kind of arguments make me think that we are doing nothing but just wasting our time. But who knows when somebody get serious about truth. Allah knows the best.

  9. Akber – Mr. Adeel Ansari admits that Mr. Abdul Rasheed was behind advocating suicide attacks that killed troops and civilians alike, all of them Muslims.

Me – First of all, you took me all wrong. Actually, I intended to show you that these people doesn’t just tell others to do Jihad, they have done it themselves too. And I came up with a recent example. Secondly, there is not charge on him for any suicide attack.

Akber – Regarding fitnahs, where would you place in the list of fitnahs, those mosques and madarresahs (Descendents of Masjid-e-Zarar) which are involved in suicide attacks upon Muslims, thus maligning our beloved religion and deen.

Me – Can you please do a little bit of work and name those mosques and madrassas? And please don’t forget to relate those with Masjid-e-Zarrar.

Akber – These must be on the top of the list, and Jihad IS necessary on all Muslims to eliminate them.

Me – You are also a Mujahid. Thats coool. I didn’t know that.

There are only two ways to keep away yourself from religious guides,
    1. Become a religious guide yourself, or
    2. Become a dis-believer

Most of the people who used to ridicule religious guides are not religious guides themselves and nor a dis-believers. So, who are they? What do you folks think?

  10. ok so you say the Firaun and ShoMan are similar in approach.

First of all, the magicians were not Firaon’s friends, partners or anything! They were slaves/under commands of Firaun.

Shoaib Mansoor never said those words under the intension of calling Junaid his slave! He always took and still takes Junaid as his friend!

As you all know, Junaid Jamshed’s whole career rested on the shoulders of Shoaib Mansoor. Junaid himself repeatedly said many times on various tv channels that ‘Mei kisi aur ke dil ki awaz hoon’ referring to ShoMan.

Its very similar to the scenerio that you are working in some company and you quit the job without even presenting your resignation letter to your boss. Now would you do that? I bet NO if you are a sensible person.

ShoMan never argued that Junaid should have taken ShoMan’s permission before quitting music. ShoMan’s words were “without even consulting me” which means that ShoMan would have tried to convince Junaid that what he is doing is just under misguidance.

So please dont mix contexts here JV. ShoMan and JJ were connected as business partners! Will you stop working without even talking to your business partner? Thats lame!

  11. Adnan Siddiqui runs out of reason and logic, and out of his anguish, starts uttering street jargon…very sad!

  12. @Mr.Hussain: reason and logic? Eh? Since when preaching propaganda of CNN.FOX,BBC etc become arguing with reason and logic? Remember WMD hype created by Fox and CNN?

All I request you to “BE ORIGINAL” that’s it but seems it’s like a rocket science for you:)

  13. This is degenerating into childish bickering,,and herez my two pennys to the pool🙂

Akbar has a valid point and branding anyone who doesn’t support blowing innocent ppl up as “secular” or pro America is just plain stupid.

Those who justify the mindless suicide bombings, should for one second think what will their feelings be,,if god-forbid it were their brother, father, son who fall victim to these glorified brainless bombers…

May Allah protect us all -ameen.

  14. So much of Adnan Siddiqui’s petitio principii.
I neither referred to any western news media, nor I have access to them, for I do not have TV cable at my home. I strongly adhere to the teachings of Holy Quran, whatever little I know. And so I believe that whoever killed a single innocent human being, it is as if he killed the whole humanity.
If it is difficult for you to gulp down this teaching, which is against your personal wishes, please do not argue with me. If you can, go and bargain with the One who ordained it.
Don’t turn your face away from reality. Suicide bombings did occur in recent days, carried out by religious fantics with perverted understanding of Islam, and innocent Muslims have been killed at their hands. They have a clear agenda against Islam and the nuclear Islamic state

  15. And please no one is supporting suicide bombings over here. Please read the post carefully. My friend, Akber, picked it up from his pocket, I suppose, and threw it here on us. We are merely discussing KKL and ShoMan.

Aleem, you can replace the word “suicide bombing” with “Movie” or “Film” or “Music” or any other prohibited performing art. It will make your relevant to the topic.
    Thanks.

  16. Adeel, my comment was in ref. to akbar-adnan dialogue. So pls. understand that context carefully.

As far as the orignal topic goes, Javeria, I am afraid you have been way tooooo harsh in drawing parallels between pharaoh of hazrat Mosa’s time and shoaib mansoor.

Kamran has put the thing more in perspective.

Lets not color everything as islam vs anti islam.

By the way, I would really like to see for myself what all the fuss is about… Has anyone here actually seen the movie !?
Does anyone have a link where one could download/stream it ?

  17. Akbar actually “Reality” is relative. What was REALITY for US before invading IRaq was nothing but plain lie. Same goes for definition of terrorism. You started something new. You labelled Madressahs as Masjid Zarar which is nothing but demonstration of utter Ignorance because I am damn sure you wouldn’t have visited madrassahs in life. You didn’t refer any western media but your all source of info about Talibans, madrassahs is nothing but the news which you digest daily from Western source.

Sitting in your room and making sissy rants is not mature thing at all. How many suicide attacks carried out by Lal masjid people? do refer one? NONE because media is witnessed that they didn’t find anyone over there at all. Ignorance shouldn’t be an excuse. Just because you disagree with someone doesn’t eman you start blaming them for everything.

Again I say that don’t become victim of Western media and don’t preach them. It’s not making you credible.

@Aleem: disagreeing with someone is bickering? amazing! And who here justified suicide bombings??

So please dont mix contexts here JV. ShoMan and JJ were connected as business partners! Will you stop working without even talking to your business partner? Thats lame!

Actually lame thing is that you have no proper knowledge about entire JJ-Shoman issue. Where on earth you read that JJ didn’t mention to Shoaib? even Shoaib didn’t say something like this. JJ clearly informed to ShoWMan, not oncebut many times and Junaid’s onlinoe video interview and paper statements are proved that Shoaib was told about his decision.

  18. Akbar has a valid point and branding anyone who doesn’t support blowing innocent ppl up as “secular” or pro America is just plain stupid.

    Aleem,
And what do you say about branding anyone as a MULLAH or backward who talks about praying 5 times and wish to stick with Sunnah and Quran as much as possible?

If you are trying to imply that seculars re saints or there is no secular extremism then I must say that you and me live in separate world. Pakistan didn’t suffer much in past like it suffered in Mush’s era .The mush who follows Kemal ataturk. Whatever Mush has done so far was nothing to promote secularism in the name of enlightenment and Moderation. The kidnaping of Pakistanis, destrying ancient Masjid Hamza which was not even illegal, Banning Namaz of Asar in Shah Faisal Mosque just to give security to Tony blair are examples of Secular Extremism. Killing of hundreds of women within Lal Masjid by Mush’s people is example of Extremism.

  19. @ EVERYONE
    Asalam o alaykum everybody,

Kindly stop getting personal and stop labeling the other person if they don’t agree with your views. Read your comments twice before posting them. Do not be rude or stoop down to foul language.

    @ Kamran
If you read my post carefully.. i said there is nothing really similar about Shoaib Mansoor and the story of the magicians. EXCEPT for their choice of words… which portrays the entire mentality.. the Takabbur the arrogance..

asking permission OR consulting ANYONE before embracing Islam to me is one and the same thing… you have the right to disagree.

But …Do you need your boss’s permission to obey Allah? Do you need his consultation to chose your religion? do you need his permission to change your life style?

Hazrat Musa (as) was an adapted son of Firaun.. Haroon (as) was from amongst the Bani Israel.. a slave nation. Did they take permission from the Firaun to follow Allah’s commandment?

The reasons why Muslims of our time are so deviated and so strayed is because we think of Quran as a book of history.. a story book. We don’t derive lessons from it.

If we realize the fact that each and every verse of the Quran is meant for us.. each and every story has a lesson.. we might be proper Muslims.

None of us can claim that we have no pride/arrogance/takabbur in us. It starts from the thinking.. and if you don’t keep a check on it starts reflecting in your words… and be careless about it and your actions will start showing the takabur in you.

Prophet saw has said that if a person has even an ounce of pride/takabbur/ he will not enter Jannah.

So we need to be very careful and very conscious of what we think, we say and we do. What ever we say and do.. reflects our thinking. and if we say things like firaun and things like Shoiab Mansoor…such statements are signs of Takabbur…. so we need to work hard to get rid of pride in us if we want to enter Jannah.
    Thats the lesson i derived….

  20. @ H.Q
I agree with you that we should not waste time discussing such matters. But what if the fitna is right inside your home… your community.. your country?

Dont you think its our duty as a muslim to clear the misconceptions spread around us? to stop evil?( remember the hadith quoted by the lal masjid and jamia hafsa ” Stop evil with hand.. if not your tongue..)

My cousins and my siblings all went to watch the movie. So i feel it was my duty to tell them what was wrong with it..

i have heard from them what the story is about. they have showed one “extremist mullah” who “brainwashes” the poor musician and makes him go to do jihad .. and makes him zabardasti marry a girl (emaan ali) to prevent her from returning to her gora boyfriend.

Then they have showed the “good mullah” (nasiruddin shah) who then shows them that forced marriages are not a part of islam and terrorism and killing isnt either. Till here all is good. But they paint the same picture for “MUSIC” that its all good…its the “extremist mullahs” who forbid it… saying that Hazrat Dawood as was a singer.. he used to sing.

So what i have analyzed is that in order to fulfill his objective..i.e. to prove that music is allowed in Islam, Shoiab Man had to bring in the negative extremist elements and use that to justify music.

He showed the extremist mullahs and their wrong interpretation of Islam and then showed the right picture BUT painted the same picture for Music. i.e. he basically twisted Islam to justify his “profession” as he said

“One morning i was going through a newspaper and i saw my friend junaid jamshed’s interview in it. After looking at his new attire in the photograph that ace the article published in it. I could not stop myself from reading it. The more i read the more sad i felt. He had announced quiting music after being convinced that it was “haram”. It really shook me very badly. I have never believed that God could hate the two most beautiful things he has given to mankind…. Music and painting.why are these the two most beautiful things i felt that a confused man like junaid had no right to confuse thousands of his youthful followers. I had given him sixteen years of my life as a true friend and had played my role in his professional life to the best of my abilities. How could he throw away our sixteen years just like that without even consulting me? I felt that it was my duty to rectify the damage he had done to the already suffering society under the influence of fundamentalists. I thought that the need of the hour was to study the whole mindset which gave birth to such wrong notions about islam. I have no doubt in my mind that instead of taking the present age fourteen hundred years back we have to bring islam to the present age. The best service to islam today is to make it applicable to modern day requirements”

Now the youth of our country who all went to watch the movie would think Music is allowed in Islam.

Isnt it a Muslims duty to tell them that the main objective of making the movie was wrong… and that Hazrat Dawood (as) used to sing HAMD ( Praises of Allah) in his beautiful voice and there was no musical instrument involved and his “songs” were about Allah – not like the songs of today about women… love.. romance. emotions. desires.. girlfriends and boyfriends..

We will tell them its wrong.. we will fulfill our duty… however we will not be asked if they listened to us or not..
    Hidayat only Allah gives…

We can merely try our best to convey the message.

  21. 21 @ Adnan Siddiqui

“You labelled Madressahs as Masjid Zarar which is nothing but demonstration of utter Ignorance because I am damn sure you wouldn’t have visited madrassahs in life.”

    F.Y.I.
I started Quran Lessons at Jamia Masjid Siddiq-e-Akbar, in North Karachi and Maulana Azam Tariq was my teacher. I have great respect for him, except for his any alleged extremist beliefs, if so. You must be “damn sure” about many more things you do not know. This has led you where you are standing right now!!

Secondly, who teaches you the slangs like “sissy”? Of course that must not be your parents. You should learn to improve your manners when getting into discussions with other people.

  22. I have hopes in you, Akber. Take your time. Stick there. Insha allah you will succeed in your every true mission.

My ustaad-e-muhtaram, Moulana Abdul Aziz, and Moulana Azam Tariq was a good friends. Despite being a famous and busy man, Moulana Azam Tariq (r.a.) used to come to my ustaad-e-muhtaram, at Masjid-e-Usmania, North Karachi. My ustaad-e-muhtaram used to criticize him on few matters. However, he did alot for my ustaad-e-muhtaram in tough times. Allah unhein jannat mein aala darja ata farmaaye – aameen.

  23. since this is not my blog, I would rather stop myself here

@Akbar: Mr. Bush also keeps advising us(Muslims) and ask us to “Improve ourselves” but what’s the crediblity of Bush , we all know that. Hope you got my point.🙂

    @Adeel: Azam tariq(Sipah Sahaba Fame)?

  24. Do you need your boss’s permission to obey Allah? Do you need his consultation to chose your religion? do you need his permission to change your life style?

*nods*- Parents are most respectable for us and we are not ALLOWED to go against them anyways. Even if you are offering prayers and your mom calls you, you can break your namaz session and listen it first but then you can go against same parents if they stop to follow Islam.

  25. Yes, Adnan.

It depends on the call, actually. What type of call you are getting. It can be, “Adeel freezer mein se gosht lana tou” and she might not know that you are in the state of prayers. : )

So, these are exceptions. What I do in these cases is, I start saying Allah-o-Akber a bit loud when its a daytime prayer otherwise start doing tilawa a bit loud.

Are we not far away from the original topic?

  26. @ Adeel: The plural of “Fitnah” in Arabic is “Fitann”. You can check with any one who is well-versed in Arabic language. “Fit-teen” goes in a different context.

@ Jav: I did not ask you to stop writing on such topics, instead, i appreciated your effort. JazakiLLAH khair.

In my post, I was referring to the rest of the members here because as you might have noticed, everyone is spending quite a lot of time here talking about Tom, Dick and Harry, and hardly 40% of the posts are related to the topic. Thats why i humbly requested everyone to avoid indulging in useless arguments and start doing something constructive instead of pointing fingers at each other like “you said this, you did that, you labelled him, you called them…etc.”

@ Everyone: The world is changing and Muslims are still in a deep slumber. They need to wake up and understand the grave realities that they face each day.

We are muslims by identity and if we follow “enlightened moderation” which is far away from the true spirit of Islam, then it is as simple in words as “LOSING IDENTITY”. Ponder over it my dear brothers in Islam and try to straighten up your mindsets before its too late.

    Regards,

    H.Q.

  27. @ Adnan

I think you misunderstood the context of my question..

If your parents are non-muslims.. and you have found the truth of Islam.. you wont go to them and ask their permission or consult them “Amma Abba i think Islam is the true religion can i follow it?”

That would be sheer stupidity.. similarly you can not go ask your parents Amma Abba….. i want to stop lying or stop drinking or stop gambling.. coz its a sin… should i do that or can i continue sinning?

you wont go and ask them.. amma abba music is not allowed in islam.. so should i stop listening to it.. or should i stop singing…

So my point was… JJ did not need anybodys consultation or any bodys permission to change his lifestyle and live a Muslim life…

Also you can not break a FARD namaz to listen to your parents… nafil you can if its an urgent requirement. I am not denying the status of parents in Islam. Disobeying parents is the next big sin after shirk.. but it will all come under the obedience of Allah.

  28. javeria I didn’t misunderstand, yes I was just talking about Muslim parents. I admit my mistake that I didn’t specify the religion of parents.

Also you can not break a FARD namaz to listen to your parents… nafil you can if its an urgent requirement

where did you read that? I may be wrong because unlike you, I ain’t getting islamic education but my point was based on the hadith or statement of Prophet(Saw) in which He(saw) expressed the importance of parents or mother by saying that If He(saw) had His(saw) mother alive and He(saw) was performing Imamat of Namaz and His(Saw) mother called “Mohammad!(saw)” then I would have broken Imamat and listened Him(Saw) first. Offcourse as Adeel said that this is only on exceptional cases like Mother is in trouble or something.

You might like to check that particular hadith. ATleast I have not since I didn’t refer it later.

  29. see fatwa of BANORI TOWN AGAINST THIS FILM.
secondly Shoaib Mansoor has to sorry and close his film immidiatly, otherwise hewill become( murtid) an WAJAYBUL QATAL.

  30. Hello all,
First of all I really appreciate MIss Javeria bringing about an ayah of Quran and discussing it in detail.
Thats anotther point whether she used it in right context or not.
First of all, Guys kool down. WHy do you have to dramatise every situation and more importantly why do you feel the urge to label someone murtid just like that.
Getting abck to the main point. What Shoaib said there has hardly to do anything with his distatse for ISLAM. It is a genuine plea, from a friend to a friend. HE never said that DONT EMBRACE ISLAM (firstly Junaid was already a muslim).nor did he say that What Junaid is doing now is wrong and will be sent to hell..
First of all he didnt attack on the basic Pillars of Islam. He didnt utter any statement like Like dont read Quran, of God forbid dont offer prayers or Hajj etc
He genuinely complained to his friend that at least he should have consulted him ./..for he(shoaib) had given a lifetime for him..and Junaid ju8st left him like that…
Ofcourse Junaid would have still made the same decision…and its not about stopping him or motivating him..Its all about how you treat a person who has literally spent a part of his life in helping u build ur career..And why dont u guys start arguing that Junaid didnt even bother to convince Shoaib in the Right Direction..Isnt that part of Dawa’h

  31. Frankly its just so called similarity in words but all together different context….Just imagine in what position pharoh was..and it was dawn iof a new religion at that time…
And imagine SHaoib being in equal position as friends(unlike pharoh being ruler of magicians)…
You, Javeria, of all the people should not be misleading people and that too using the Quranic verses..That is excactly why ISlam has sufferes do greatly in recent times..Mullahs and maulanas using the Gods word to translate their own inferences…
no wonder many mullahs are threatened and passed fatwas against him…Its more hilarious to know that 99% didnt even watched the movie themselves…I read the same fatwa published by mullahs but if u read the whole news..they themselves accepted in their writing taht i havesnt seen the movie…
and About KKL…even though there can be certain controversial elements in the picture for many( mainly use of music or not in ISlam) but the overallmessage is soo beautiful…IF u go read the lyrics of Khuda kay liyay.written by shoaib himself..(READ :)) u will know what shoaib meant about islam and how passsionate is his love for ALLAH..then WHO ARE we to comment on How Raheem ALLAh is..and that certain person is to be thrown in hell ..or heaven…to point fingers that he is MURTID>.FOr Gawwwds sake do something productive
And believe me SHoaib mansoor is still the most creative person in Pakistan..whetehr u accept it or not..and FOR GAWWDS sake just by having lill ISlamic knowledge or praying 5 times a day doesnt make u an AUTHORITY on ISLAM..
I will once again say of all the people,.,.JAVaria i would expect u too be more of insightful..bringing knowledge to people..liek u did today..But u dont need a reason or a silly context to do so..
TELL me what good will this argument bring for ISLAM>….

    ?????

  32. And again

    http://www.mag4you.com/spotlight/spotlight.asp?title=Junaid+Jamshed&content_id=3844&bhcp=1

Where in any interview has JUNaid remarked his distaste for Shoaib mansoor..then why u people…out of nowhere are showing disgust,…

    DO some productive work ppl..
LIke i still appreciate Javeria..for bringing about and Explaining these ayahs…except i would very much appreciate if she doesnt make biased conclusive remarks…
tehre is difference between conjecture and pure fact..
and fact is shoaib regrets losing a great friend like junaid..and junaid has UTMOSt and i repeat utmost respect for shoaibs friendship EVEN NOW>>
    END of story…

  33. shoaib mansoor is out of islam,he is biggest murtid and munafiq among muslims…his movie is against basic teachings of islam,he has tried to change allahs religion islam according to his whims, and has twisted and tried to change islams real face
shoaib mansoor is dead meat and hell fuel,,looking at his cursed black face one can observe that he is already in some kind of hell fire in this life
whoever supports the concept of his movie khuda kay lyay is also out of islam and a murtid
